In this spirit, PROMAN Morocco is recruiting for one of its clients an Electrical Engineer at El Jadida.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervision and Management:
  • Oversee the daily activities of subcontractors.
  • Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with project plans, specifications, and safety standards.
  • Project Planning:
  • Plan and schedule electrical work to ensure timely completion.
  • Coordinate with managers, engineers, and other divisions to ensure seamless integration of electrical work with other construction activities.
  • Quality Control:
  • Conduct regular inspections of electrical installations to ensure compliance with codes, standards, and project requirements.
  • Identify and rectify any issues or deviations from plans.
  • Safety Compliance:
  • Enforce safety protocols and ensure all team members follow safety procedures.
  • Resource Management:
  • Manage materials and equipment required for electrical work.
  • Ensure that tools and equipment are properly maintained and available when needed.
  • Documentation and Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate records of work progress, issues, and resolutions.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports to managers.
  • Technical Support:
  • Provide technical guidance and support to subcontractors.
  • Resolve technical issues and provide solutions to challenges encountered on-site.
  • Communication:
  • Act as a liaison between subcontractors and other divisions.
  • Communicate effectively with JESA/OCP, managers, and other stakeholders.
  • Budget Management:
  • Monitor expenses related to electrical work and ensure they stay within budget.
  • Control subcontractors' use of materials to avoid waste.
  • Compliance and Regulations:
  • Ensure all electrical work adheres to relevant laws, regulations, and standards.
  • Obtain necessary permits and approvals for electrical installations.
