In this spirit, PROMAN Morocco is recruiting for one of its clients an Electrical Engineer at El Jadida.

- Supervision and Management:
- Oversee the daily activities of subcontractors.
- Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with project plans, specifications, and safety standards.
- Project Planning:
- Plan and schedule electrical work to ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate with managers, engineers, and other divisions to ensure seamless integration of electrical work with other construction activities.
- Quality Control:
- Conduct regular inspections of electrical installations to ensure compliance with codes, standards, and project requirements.
- Identify and rectify any issues or deviations from plans.
- Safety Compliance:
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure all team members follow safety procedures.
- Resource Management:
- Manage materials and equipment required for electrical work.
- Ensure that tools and equipment are properly maintained and available when needed.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of work progress, issues, and resolutions.
- Prepare and submit regular reports to managers.
- Technical Support:
- Provide technical guidance and support to subcontractors.
- Resolve technical issues and provide solutions to challenges encountered on-site.
- Communication:
- Act as a liaison between subcontractors and other divisions.
- Communicate effectively with JESA/OCP, managers, and other stakeholders.
- Budget Management:
- Monitor expenses related to electrical work and ensure they stay within budget.
- Control subcontractors' use of materials to avoid waste.
- Compliance and Regulations:
- Ensure all electrical work adheres to relevant laws, regulations, and standards.
- Obtain necessary permits and approvals for electrical installations.
