Work description
- Responsible for preparing the project construction plan during the construction phases (II, III).
- Monitor project progress, provide early warnings, analyze factors affecting adjustments to the construction period, propose handling suggestions, and recommend actions for breach of contract if subcontractors are involved.
- Participate in project contract negotiations, supervise contract execution and implementation.
- Monitor subcontractors' project progress, construction management, and other plans, ensuring proper implementation.
- Responsible for communicating with subcontractors regarding the content of the quality management plan and clarifying key points of professional quality control.
- Review the entry plan for professional materials and equipment submitted by subcontractors, conduct inspections of construction party materials, and strictly control technology and quality.
- Take charge of site commencement preparation, organize subcontractors to enter the site, and coordinate the disclosure of site conditions and construction drawings.
- Manage quality, schedule, and investments during construction. Conduct timely inspections, identify, provide feedback, and address technical, safety, and contract performance issues with subcontractors. Handle professional project quality identification and economic negotiations according to company regulations.
- Organize the demonstration and formulation of solutions for major technical problems in the major project, and oversee the subsequent implementation. Also, be responsible for preparing technical requirements for the major project.
- Calculate the drawing quantity (settlement).
Le profil
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar position.
- Experience at JESA or OCP is desirable.
- English-speaking profile.
